               Discussion
               Qul (imperative verb meaning
say). The verb “Qul” as in
English is one of the most used
verbs in Arabic. It means to say
or to tell; But the verb “tell”
needs an object which is not
found in the verse. So the best
               equivalent here is “say”.
                  The chosen equal for this
               phrase suggested by Google
               translate is: “Say”.
